Cryo Logistics Spain inaugurates an LNG Gas Station at their facility, marking another step towards sustainability. 14 février 2024
Cryo Logistics Spain, in partnership with Air Flow Group and Molgas Energía, has taken a significant step increasing sustainability by inaugurating a public LNG gas station at its facility in San Roque. This initiative aligns with the company’s green commitments, which include the installation of solar panels, the addition of LNG-fuelled trucks, and the transition of the company car fleet from diesel to electric.
The new gas station, with a storage capacity of 22 m3, has been installed in compliance with the highest safety and quality standards. Located at Pol. Ind. Guadarranque, Calle Arrabal Industrial 17, Letra B, 11360 San Roque – Cádiz, the gas station will be open from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 hours.
This investment is not an isolated effort; it is part of the ambitious sustainability strategy by Cryo Logistics Spain, and the parent group. The company is strongly committed to eco-friendly practices, such as implementing renewable energy and reducing its carbon footprint through the use of cleaner fuels.
The collaboration between Cryo Logistics Spain, Air Flow Group and Molgas Energía reflects a strategic alliance. Air Flow Group, with its 20 years of experience in the gas and cryogenic equipment sector, provides the necessary expertise to ensure the efficiency and safety of the installation. Molgas Energía, a leader in the LNG energy sector with more than 50 refuelling stations throughout Europe, will be in charge of marketing and maintenance, bring more than two decades of experience in their field.
The gas station will have a positive impact and will benefit the region. The management and promotion of LNG, as a cleaner and more sustainable alternative, is one of the commitments made by Cryo Logistics Spain to respond to the growing demand within a sustainable development framework.
